Zach works as a Creative Project Manager and Photo Producer for David William Baum Inc. (formerly Lightwork Studios). As CPM, he oversees creative projects from initial concept through final delivery across both video and photography. He manages a post-production team of retouchers and video editors, ensuring all assets are delivered on time, on brand, and within scope, while working closely with directors, photographers, and department leads to streamline workflows and maintain project momentum.
Zach also leads in-house production—building estimates, sourcing crew, coordinating talent, stylists, managing call sheets and schedules, and ensuring all phases of production run smoothly. For large-scale productions, he works alongside production partners to manage logistics, track deliverables, and maintain communication between creative, production, and post-production teams.
