Zach works as a Creative Project Manager and Photo Producer for David William Baum Inc. (formerly Lightwork Studios). As CPM, he oversees creative projects from initial concept through final delivery across both video and photography. He manages a post-production team of retouchers and video editors, ensuring all assets are delivered on time, on brand, and within scope. As well as working closely with directors, photographers, and department leads to streamline workflows and maintain project momentum.
As a Photo Producer, Zach leads production in-house shoots—building estimates, sourcing crew, coordinating talent, stylists, and managing call sheets and schedules. On set, he supports the photographer and clients, oversees asset organization, and ensures the production runs smoothly. For larger, high-budget campaigns, he works alongside senior producers to manage logistics, track deliverables, and maintain communication between creative, production, and post-production teams.
